How many seats does my agency add-on include?
The agency add-on doesn’t include seats. Your team’s seat count depends on the plan you’re subscribed to.

Where will my client projects be built?
You can build projects in your own Xano account and invite clients when you're ready for handoff. The add-on allows you to transfer the project to their Xano instance with one click.

Is there a limit to how many client projects I can build?
There’s no limit to the number of client instances you can connect to. However, the number of workspaces (where you typically build the initial client project) you can use at a time depends on your Xano plan. Workspaces are reusable—once a project is handed off, you can delete or repurpose the workspace. Need more? You can always add extra workspaces to your plan.

What happens after I transfer the project to my client's account? Do I lose access?
No, you don't lose access. Transferring a project to your client creates a duplicate on their instance, and you retain access until they manually remove you. Keep in mind that any changes made post-transfer won't sync between instances.

Can I build non-client projects with the agency add-on?
Yes! You can manage personal and client projects side by side.

After a client project is completed, can I host it on my instance instead of the client's Xano account?
You can, but it's not recommended. Keeping multiple client projects in the same workspace can lead to access, performance, and compliance issues. Please reach out for specific guidance.

How do I get listed as a Certified Partner?
To be listed as a Certified Partner on our site, you must meet the qualifications of and apply to the Xano Agency Partner Program. Learn more about becoming a partner here.

How much is the agency add-on?
The Agency Add-on is free for agencies, but requires a paid Xano plan. It's not available on the free Base plan. Once you’re on a paid plan, fill out the add-on request form to get started.
